These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Noka mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using Noka, you agree to these Terms.
Noka provides tools to help users organize and locate personal items within their homes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and authentication credentials. You agree not to share access in a way that compromises the security of the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, including images and item descriptions. By uploading content, you grant Noka a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Certain features may rely on automated image processing or AI-assisted systems. While we strive for accuracy, results may not always be perfect. Noka does not guarantee that object detection or search results will be error-free.
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are processed through Apple In-App Purchases and are subject to Apple’s billing terms.
All branding, design elements, logos, and software related to Noka are owned by Noka. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without permission.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noka is not liable for:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if these Terms are violated. You may delete your account at any time using the in-app “Delete Account” feature.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
